These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from Grey Duck Labs. By placing an order you agree to them.

**Products**

Our products are 3D printed in PLA plastic. Small variations in color, surface texture, and finish between batches are normal and are not defects. Photos are representative, and screen colors may differ slightly from the printed item.

**Safety**

Our products are small and contain small parts or moving segments. They are not intended for children under 3 years of age. Please supervise young children.

**Orders and pricing**

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price, and will refund any payment already made.

**Shipping, returns, and refunds**

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

**Intellectual property**

Our product designs, photos, and text are the property of Grey Duck Labs. Purchasing a printed item does not transfer any rights to the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce it.

**Limitation of liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Duck Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.

**Changes**

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
