## Shipping policy

**Where we ship**

We currently ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

**Rates**

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 per order. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

**Processing and delivery**

Orders ship from our studio in Woodbury, Minnesota, usually within a few business days. Once your package is on its way you'll get an email with a tracking number. Most US deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your distance from Minnesota.

**Packaging**

Small orders ship in a padded envelope. Larger orders ship in a box.

**Lost or delayed packages**

If tracking hasn't updated in several days or a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.

**Address changes**

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it any time before the order ships.
