## Refund policy

**Returns and refunds**

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

**Damaged, defective, or wrong items**

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to ship anything back.

**Changed your mind**

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

**Custom and bulk orders**

Custom colors, personalized items, and bulk orders made to your specifications are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

**Refund timing**

Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
